Promotion of Kevin Healy & Pat Tulley Ladder 120

We are proud to announce the promotions of two members from Ladder 120, Kevin Healy & Patrick Tulley Kevin began his career with Engine 231 back in 2014 before transferring to Ladder 120. In 2022, he displayed the ultimate form of courage by rescuing a trapped woman from a house fire on Grafton Street, which earned him the BC Frank Tuttlemundo award. Patrick joined Ladder 120 after finishing probie school in 2017. In 2023, along with the other members operating in L120 that night, they received a Unit Citation for their operation during a multiple alarm fire in East New York on New Year’s Eve. Both Kevin and Patrick are examples of professionalism and dedication, always leading the way and mentoring the newer members on Watkins Street.

Watkins Street is very proud of what they’ve accomplished. While we’ll definitely miss them around the firehouse, we know they’ll continue to lead from the front in their new roles as lieutenants. Congratulations gentlemen!
